I'm William Harris. I live in Stillwater, Minnesota with my family, and I run an eCommerce growth agency called Elumynt.

My Story

I've always loved two things: solving puzzles and helping people win. That combination led me into marketing, where I found I could do both at the same time.

I started my career in healthcare as a registered nurse. When the 2008 recession hit, I made the jump into marketing and never looked back. I went from managing campaigns at a scheduling software company to leading growth at a VC-backed SaaS startup, where I helped grow revenue by 270% in seven months.

That experience showed me what was possible when you pair strong strategy with relentless execution. So I started Elumynt to bring that same energy to eCommerce brands.

Work

At Elumynt, we help eCommerce companies scale from $10M to over $100M through paid search, social, and programmatic advertising. Thirteen of the brands we've worked with have been acquired, including one that sold to GoDaddy. The agency has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list, named one of Adweek's Fastest Growing Agencies, and won an Inc. Best Workplaces award.

I also host the Up Arrow Podcast, where I sit down with founders and operators to dig into what it takes to build and scale a business. I've written over 200 articles for publications like Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and Shopify Plus.

Personal Life

Outside of work, I'm a family man based in Stillwater, Minnesota. I'm a curious person by nature and have spent time picking up bits of over a dozen languages. I studied at Malone University, and I'm always learning something new.
